The staff at the MTA will collate some information regarding your query and forward this information to one of the legal team at Arns and Associates. Once briefed, the lawyer will contact you to discuss the matter directly. The reason access to the service has been structured this way is to ensure members can fully utilise all the time available and hence maximise the effectiveness of this service.
