The purpose of the Motor Trade Association of Western Australia (Inc.) is to set and maintain high standards in the motor industry and assist members through a range of services to achieve success in business, and in so doing, it aims to ensure that its Members receive the best possible service.
In the provision of a vibrant, pro-active working environment, the Motor Trade Association of Western Australia (Inc.) encourages, educates and empowers its members and employees to develop professionally and share knowledge. In its role as the voice of the retail motor industry, the MTA-WA (Inc.) sets the example of good business ethics.
The Association through the Code of Ethics and Disputes Settling Procedure has established guidelines and procedures for its Approved Members, ensuring that minimum acceptable standards prevail.
The Quality Management system addresses the elements of the Standard AS/NZS ISO 9002.
