Welcome to MTA WA

The Motor Trade Association of Western Australia (MTA) came from humble beginnings in 1934 when seven visionary men founded the Western Australian Service Station Association for the promotion and protection of that sector of the industry.

Today the MTA represents the continually expanding automotive sector across Western Australia through twenty divisions covering the entire industry.

Wheels for Hope

Wheels for Hope changes lives through mobility. Harnessing the philanthropic nature of the motor industry, Wheels for Hope was established to make a difference to people who need help the most.

This is achieved by the provision of fully equipped commuter vehicles with wheelchair hoists to individuals and families, so they can access medical and remedial care in a timely manner, and enjoy normal social outings..
