Business Tune Up Workshops

With statistics suggesting 90 per cent of business failures are due to poor cashflow, MTA WA is delivering cash flow workshops designed specifically for automotive businesses.

Two thirds of small businesses ranked cash flow management as one of their largest concerns, according to Australian Tax Office research, and a recent small business survey shows financial stress, including unpredictable income and cash flow, is the main cause of business stress.

In conjunction with the Small Business Development Corporation and the Australian Tax Office, MTA WA is delivering cash flow workshops designed for automotive businesses to help Association members make the numbers work for them, rather than become a statistic themselves.

Having the ability to understand and manage your cash flow can be the difference between your business succeeding or failing, and it’s not simply black and white.

Managing your cash flow means you can pay employees, creditors and suppliers on time every time, and avoid a backlog of invoices and debt. It also means you will have an accurate idea of your business’ income and any outgoings.
