Often the chore of completing work place paperwork falls in the lap of some unsuspecting admin person, with generally only scant detail as to how to do it.
After talking to many ladies in dealership offices, the MTA is giving you the opportunity to gain some insight into why this chore exists and how it should be done (regardless of how you were told), both properly and professionally.
This 2.5 hour course will introduce participants to some of the most common forms used by West Australian dealers, and provide training in completing them. The workshop also covers:
