The National Centre for Vocational Research (NCVER) last week reported Automotive Trade and Engineer completion rates for those due to complete in 2017 (commenced in 2013). The MTA WA are proud to announce that our Automotive Institute of Technology ‘completion rates’ exceeds the national rate by approximately 20%. This phenomenal result is most likely due to the relationship that the AIT develops with Employers and Apprentices alike, with positive testimonials being received on a weekly basis.

The key difference offered by the Automotive Institute of Technology is our personnel. We provide ongoing specialist guidance and mentoring in the form of our Training Managers, Trainers, Field Officers and hard-working Support Staff. This provides certainty for employers and much-appreciated assistance for Apprentices.

Our personal mentorship results in

  • Significantly higher than average completion rates
  • Greater Apprentice satisfaction
  • More engagement with Employers
  • The best blend of experience in the workplace for Apprentices

The Automotive Institute of Technology aims to sign “Apprentices for life”, with innovations such as our Trade Club providing ongoing platforms for learning, career growth and support, even after completion of an Apprenticeship.
