The Fair Work Commission 4 yearly review of the modern awards have varied standard clauses relating to:
- Clause 7 – Individual flexibility agreements
- Clause 8 – Consultation about major workplace change
- Clause 8A – Consultation about changes to rosters or hours of work
- Clause 9 – Dispute resolution
- Clause 17 – Termination of employment
- No payment deducted if a worker under 18 fails to give notice.
Members should have a current copy of the modern awards and these can be purchased from the MTA in a bound copy for $30 each plus GST.
