How to Access Your PowerPass

Before filling out the form, make sure you have the right ID number:

If you're an MTA WA apprentice employed through our Apprentice Employment Service (AES):
Use your Employee ID, found on your payslip. This number always starts with a 3.
If you're learner completing your apprenticeship training through MTA WA Training (not employed through AES):
Use your Training Contract Number, which you can access through the WAAMS portal.

The form field is labelled ‘Employee ID / Training Contract Number’ – please enter the appropriate number for your situation.
