The Motor Trade Association of Western Australia (MTA WA) has confirmed its 2025–26 Board of Directors, welcoming two new appointments and reaffirming its commitment to strong, representative leadership for WA’s automotive sector.
Members joined the Association at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, held at the Royal Perth Yacht Club on 14 October, to hear about the MTA WA’s performance over the 2024–25 financial year, appoint the incoming Board of Directors, and connect with fellow members over canapés and sweeping river views.
Long-serving Director Robyn Cook, Owner and Managing Director of Peel Tyre Service, has been appointed President, succeeding Jodi Kerr (Shacks Motor Group), who led the Association through 2024-25 with distinction and a renewed focus on member engagement.
Joe Giura (Westrans Services WA) continues as Vice President, and Moira D’Cruze (Wembley Autocare) as Treasurer.
The Board also welcomes Mark Taylor (Automark) and Jesse Doherty (Euro Technik) as new Directors, joining continuing members Jodi Kerr, Pat Browne, Peter Coupland, Garry Spouge, and Andrew Houghton.
Together, the Board reflects the diversity, capability, and leadership driving Western Australia’s automotive industry forward.
Robyn Cook, President: “It’s a privilege to lead the MTA WA at a time of such transformation and opportunity. Our strength lies in our members — from small independent workshops to major dealerships — and I look forward to working with our Board to deliver on the priorities that matter most to them.”
The MTA WA thanks outgoing President Jodi Kerr for her leadership and continued contribution to the Board.
