Robyn is the Owner and Managing Director of Peel Tyre Service, Mandurah’s largest independent tyre retailer, operating successfully for more than 28 years.
As a multi-award-winning businesswoman and advocate for women in automotive, she also runs a charity supporting breast cancer research.
Now in her eighth year as an MTA WA Board Director, including three years as Treasurer, Robyn is passionate about championing industry training and leadership opportunities across Western Australia’s automotive sector.

Joe is the Director of Westrans Services WA, a leading heavy vehicle repair and maintenance provider serving Western Australia’s transport sector.
A former MITA Board Member who helped facilitate its merger with the MTA WA, Joe has served on the MTA WA Board since 2012 and is a member of the Commercial Vehicle Committee.
Passionate about training, he has supported more than 100 apprentices in his business over 30 years and remains dedicated to developing WA’s next generation of automotive professionals.

Moira is the Owner and Manager of Wembley Autocare, an independent light vehicle workshop known for innovation and service excellence.
With a background in accounting and business management in both Australia and the UK, Moira brings strong strategic and risk management expertise to the Board.
She is passionate about supporting independent and family-operated businesses and helping the industry navigate technological change through quality training and forward-thinking leadership.
Moira has been a member of the MTA WA since 2014, joined the MTA Board in 2019, and has served as Treasurer since 2022.

Jodi is the Managing Director of Shacks Motor Group, a 100-year-old family-owned dealership group with a proud legacy in Western Australia’s automotive retail sector.
With a background in management consulting and governance roles across health and arts sectors, she brings a strategic, people-focused approach to the MTA WA Board.
Jodi is passionate about strengthening dealership representation and ensuring the MTA WA continues to deliver value to its members.

Owner-Operator, Pebco Automotive Services
Pat has owned and operated Pebco Automotive Services since 1981 and has been an MTA WA member since 1982.
A long-standing Board Director since 2001 and the longest serving President (2008 to 2015), Pat also served on the national Motor Trades Association of Australia Board for 16 years.
Pat has been a driving force behind industry advocacy and collaboration. His involvement extends to numerous committees and associations, including MVIAC, IAME, and AASDN.

Andrew is a Director at Arns & Associates, where he has practised as a commercial litigation lawyer for over two decades. His expertise includes dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and small business advocacy.
A long-time supporter of the MTA WA and its members, Andrew brings strong governance and risk management insight to the Board, helping guide the Association through an evolving industry and regulatory landscape.
He joined the MTA WA Board as an Independent Director in October 2020.

Garry is the Owner and Director of Modern Motor Trimmers, a leading automotive upholstery and interior restoration business based in Welshpool.
A qualified motor trimmer with more than 40 years’ experience, he has grown MMT from a small workshop into a thriving operation employing 29 staff, specialising in seating and commercial motor trimming.
An MTA WA member since 2009 and Board Director since 2023, Garry also serves on the Commercial Vehicles and 4WD Committees, bringing a medium-sized business and manufacturing perspective to the Board. |

Peter an Owner and Director of Bowra Smash Repair Centre, established in 1970, a leading automotive body repair business that has built a strong reputation across Perth for exceptional workmanship and personalised service.
A member of the Car Craft group and the Chairperson of the National Body Repair Association AMBRA.
Bowra Smash Repair Centre has been an MTA WA member since 2000 and Board Director since 2023, Peter has also served on the MTA WA’s Body Repair Committee since 2013.

Jesse is the Owner and Director of Euro Technik, an independent European vehicle service group established in 2014.
Since opening with just two staff, Jesse has grown the business into a team of 25, with a strong focus on gender diversity, innovation, and continuous learning.
A member of the MTA WA since 2015, Jesse brings a practical, workshop-level perspective to the Board and is committed to supporting training and talent development across the industry.
Passionate about collaboration and high professional standards, he is motivated by helping shape a unified, future-focused automotive sector in Westen Australia.

With more than 43 years of industry experience, Mark has been an active MTA WA member since establishing Automark with his wife Corinne in 2000. Serving on the Automotive Repair Committee since 2016, including five years as Vice Chair and four as Chair, he has been a strong advocate for technical training and industry standards.
Mark’s hands-on experience gives him the insight and drive to support MTA WA members and trainees, ensuring the industry continues to grow in skill and professionalism.
Automark is a proud MTA WA host employer and has been featured in several industry publications, including MOTOR magazine.
